A day to celebrate your loved one and your recent engagement, or reflect on the special memories of your proposal. HOW WE MET
At a friends-giving back in 2014, Mike sat down next to a pretty girl he didn't know on the couch and had a conversation that left him love struck. About a year later, without any talking or seeing each other, he worked up the courage to finally strike up a conversation and shortly after New Year's of 2016, they started dating. They both knew right away this relationship was special and it didn't take long till they were head-over-heels in love with each other. Mike and Lindsey dated for a year and 3 months before taking a family trip to Ireland; to Lindsey's surprise, it became more than just a castle-hopping, beer-drinking, tour-going adventure.
THE PROPOSAL
“My brother’s, my sister in law, and me and my fiancé were visiting Ireland and traveling around. On the second to last day there, April 18th, 2017, we stopped by the Cliffs of Moher and hiked along the trail all the way to the end. Once there, we were relaxing and taking some pictures and then all the sudden my boyfriend (at the time) got down on one knee and asked me to marry him with the beautiful cliffs behind us. Through smiles and tears of joy (okay bawling my eyes out), I agreed to spend the rest of my life with Mike.”
This beautiful couple will be married on June 1st of this year at The Event Barn at Mount Ida Farm in Scottsville, VA!
