Cute and Clever Wedding Signage

Let’s talk about signs. It's good to have some way to communicate to your guests what you want them to do, and when and where they should do it. This is where signage comes in. But obviously for a wedding, you don’t want some corporate, cold, stale sign; so we make them cute to fit the occasion. Some brides are DIY-ers, others aren’t, both are fine. For the brides that would rather just buy something, I highly recommend Etsy, most of the time you can customize anything to make it exactly what you want. Please find some inspiration below!

“Welcome to our unplugged ceremony, we want to see your faces, not your devices”

“Grab a drink, find a spot, we’ll be out soon to tie the knot” – for people offering drinks before the ceremony (specifically hot chocolate / mulled wine / hot cider bars for cold temperature outdoor ceremonies)

“Can I get a witness?” – with an arrow directing toward the ceremony space

“Sit wherever your heart desires”

“Now that we are together forever, please feel free to sit wherever”

"Shoes here, vows there, love everywhere" - for a beach ceremony on the sand, accompany this sign with arrows for each

“Be smitten, not bitten” – for if you are supplying bug stray at an outdoor ceremony

"Help us capture the love" - for either a photo booth or to tell everyone what your wedding hashtag is

“Happily ever after starts here”

“We know you would be here today if heaven was not so far away” – for the remembrances table

“I love her and that’s the beginning and end of everything.” – F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby

“Thank you for coming, we’re so glad you’re here, please head this way for good times, laughter and cheer!” – to direct people from the ceremony space to cocktail hour

“Let love glow” – for glow stick stations

“Something old, something new, something borrowed, something BREWED” – for if craft beer is an important part of your wedding, place this sign on the bar

"Hoppily ever after" - another one for you craft beer fans

“All you need is love … and a cupcake” – for the desert table if you are having cupcakes in lieu of a cake (could also say donuts instead, or s'mores)

"Mix, mingle and move your feet, enjoy the evening with no assigned seats" - a cute way to tell people to sit wherever they want to

"You can find your seat here, but your place is on the dance floor" - for a seating assignment display

"Two less fish in the sea" - this would be cute simply as reception decor for a wedding near the water

“Love is sweet, please take a treat, thank you for making our day complete” – for edible party favors at the end of the night

"'Til death do us party"

Obviously, the style of any of these will depend on your wedding theme or colors, so personalize them how you would like!
