Over the past 13 years, as an event and wedding planner, Marylee Marmer has planned both large-scale events for corporate clients as well as intimate social affairs. Her weddings have been featured on Borrowed and Blue, The Lovely Find, Pretty Pear Bride, Richmond Weddings, BRIDE, Richmond Bride and most recently Zola. She truly cares about each client and does everything to create the vision on their special day. She has done over 600 events and weddings over the years and happily keeps in contact with her past couples. She loves spending time with her two kids and loved ones, going to restaurants around Richmond, tasting wine, and helping others in the community.
Andrea Sitler, Lead Planner
Andrea is a certified wedding planner whose warm personality and ample knowledge makes her an excellent resource for your event. She excels in providing quality customer service to all her clients. With her excitement and enthusiasm to every detail, she will be able to assist you throughout your planning process. Andrea believes that her clients’ needs and desires are of the utmost importance. No matter how simple, how extravagant or how unique, Andrea is committed to meeting your needs. Andrea has the experience and resources to guide you through your wedding planning. While saving you time and stress, she allows you to truly enjoy your special day. Andrea’s background is in Graphic Design and Photography. In 2011, she decided to redirect her career and use her design skills in a more hands-on way. In the spring of 2011, Andrea received her certification in Wedding and Event Planning at the University of Richmond. Andrea is a firm believer in learning from the ground up. Interning for some of the top planners in the Richmond area helped her learn the planning process from start to finish. Andrea welcomes the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver the best customer service experience. Andrea lives in Richmond, Virginia with her loving husband, Drew and their adorable sons Nolan and Myles.
Lindsay Condelli, Lead Planner
Lindsay is originally from New Jersey and moved to Virginia in 2012. She is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelors Degree in Tourism and Event Management, with a concentration in Event Management. During her college career, Lindsay completed multiple internships with organizations such as Live Nation Entertainment at the Fillmore in Silver Spring, Maryland and with SMG Richmond at the Richmond Coliseum. Lindsay had full intentions of continuing with live music events after college however, she found planning weddings and other private events were just a little more special. Lindsay began as a Lead Planner with Marylee Marmer Events in the Summer of 2015. Lindsay is also an Event Coordinator at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden where she assists with up to 90 weddings a year as well as corporate, non-profit and other private events. Lindsay’s passions include animals, photography and music. Lindsay prides herself on helping others and making people happy. She loves to make people smile, and she is always up for providing a good laugh!
Elizabeth Adams, Lead Planner
As a Richmond native and a proud VCU Ram, Elizabeth brings experience in corporate and private event planning to the wedding industry. She has an eye for design and a knack for organization that will help make your special day perfect. After graduating college in 2015 with a degree in Creative Advertising, Elizabeth began working with Marylee Marmer Events in October of 2016. She is inspired by blending simple elegance and eclectic whimsy-ness to create a unique and beautiful vision. When she's not planning her next trip, this traveler enjoys painting, reading, cooking, interior design, her dog Chuy, learning to play the ukulele, going to the movies and trying to keep her many plants from dying.
Alexa Jupe, Lead Planner
Alexa was born & raised in Richmond and has been here ever since! She graduated from Radford University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, and stayed for a year after to work as the Alumni Relations Event Coordinator. Today, she works full time in Annual Giving & Alumni Relations at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland. She currently lives in the Short Pump area with her boyfriend and two year old German Shepherd, Kato. When Alexa isn't spending time with Kato, she loves traveling & soaking up the sun at the beach. She almost always will have a cup of coffee in hand and likes to spend her free time practicing yoga, thrifting & fixing up her new house. She is a huge believer in following your dreams & a forever kind of love, which is what brought her to the wedding planning world! Alexa says her favorite part about a wedding is when the father of the bride sees his little girl all done up in her dress for the first time. She cries every time!!
Jennifer Dendtler, Lead Planner
Jennifer Dendtler is a true Richmond native; she grew up in Midlothian and has since made the rounds, living in The Fan, the West End, and Powhatan. She graduated from Virginia Tech and loves Hokie basketball. Jennifer gained much of her event-planning experience through her philanthropic work with Relay for Life, the Junior League of Richmond, and the Young Women’s Leadership Alliance of the YWLA, as well as from her own wedding. When she isn’t planning events, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband, Kevin, and two dogs, Pickles and Pecan.
Tara Roberts, Lead Planner
This is Tara. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelors in Organizational Communication. She worked alongside a Wedding Planner back home in Nashville, Tennessee. She loves Adventure, travel, and the great outdoors. One of her greatest passions are animals, and dogs are definitely her weakness. She is an easy going happy go-getter who is passionate about people, design, planning, and creating. She is thrilled to be a part of the Marylee team!
Jaclyn Siewert, Executive Assistant
Jaclyn is our new Executive Assistant! A graduate of Longwood University, she provides an enthusiastic and detailed approach to every task. She's dreamed of helping make someone's perfect day since the first time she saw J-Lo as "The Wedding Planner." Jaclyn manages the day-to-day planning and coordination for our planners and venues, and you'll love her organized nature and positive demeanor. She is a self-proclaimed Harry Potter expert, foodie, and loves all things mermaid!
