Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

TERMS:

The Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA Day Of Giveaway Contest (the "Giveaway") entry period commences at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on August 19, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on September 6, 2024 (the "Giveaway Entry Period").

One Entry per couple. Entrants must like Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA and follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook. Couples who have booked prior to this contest are not eligible for giveaway.  Must be 18 years or older to enter. No Cash value.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Contest is open to any couples getting married in the state of Virginia, and must be 18 years or older as of date of entry. Entrants along with voters must like and follow Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA on Facebook and/or Instagram. Employees of the Prize providers (any persons involved in the creation, development, or implementation of this Giveaway; and any other persons or entities directly associated with this Giveaway and any members of their immediate families or households are ineligible to participate). Entries for the Giveaway drawing must be received prior to the expiration of the Giveaway Entry Period. By submitting an entry form, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

GRAND PRIZE/VALUE:

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive 8 hours of venue space, day of coordination, a bridal bouquet, a boutonniere, hotel block coordination, a bluetooth speaker for music, tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, linens already in stock from our warehouse, and $300 worth of decor from our warehouse already in stock. This prize values at $7,200. The Grand Prize is not transferable or assignable, or redeemable for cash and no substitutions will be allowed except by Marylee Marmer Events and/or The Brickhouse RVA, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value or nature if advertised prize is not available.

HOW TO ENTER:

You may enter the Giveaway by (1) sharing your story of why you and your fiancé deserve this giveaway; should be entered in the form on the Giveaway page (2) following @maryleemarmerevents and @thebrickhouserva on Instagram; (3) following Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA on Facebook; and (4) once the top 3 couples have been chosen, you, your friends and family may like and share your story which will be featured on our social media outlets. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online carrier apply. Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA are not responsible for any charges related to Instagram posts made by or messages received via mobile phone.  Incomplete or late entries will be disqualified. Entries deemed lewd or offensive may be disqualified, in Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA sole discretion. An entry that does not comply with entry guidelines will be deemed void and of no effect.

JUDGING:

All eligible entries will be judged by the Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA Planning Team. Decisions of judges are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. 

The Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about October 2, 2024, from all the eligible votes received. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email on or about October 2, 2024. Each entrant is responsible for the accuracy of the information included in his/her entry. If prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, potential winner will be disqualified and Grand Prize forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, based on the procedures set forth above. The name of the winner of the Giveaway will be available after October 2, 2024.

CONDITIONS:

By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA, which are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway, and acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules. By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant hereby agrees to Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA collection and usage of the entrant’s personal information and acknowledges that entrant has read and accepted the above-referenced Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. 

By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner grants Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA permission to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation. By entering the Giveaway, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to have their entry information made available to Marylee Marmer Events and The Brickhouse RVA. The Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules.
